MALAKOFF HUMANIS
ACADEMIC PROJECT
How can we deliver a personalized homepage experience that adapts to the user’s profile, their entry point, and intent?
Malakoff Humanis is a major French insurance and social protection group. In this academic project, we were challenged to rethink the homepage of their web application to better serve a wide variety of users — from individuals to HR professionals — each with different expectations and goals.

Our approach was centered on personalization through UX, tailoring both content and structure based on the user’s context and behavior. We focused on three main criteria: User typology (e.g., employee, retiree, company rep) Entry point (direct access, newsletter, search, etc.) Search intent (quick access to documents, customer support, benefits info...)
To bring clarity and elegance to the interface, we applied glassmorphism as a visual direction — highlighting simplicity, transparency, and modernity. This design language reinforced Malakoff Humanis’s values while enhancing usability.
All visuals were designed and prototyped on Figma.
